How do I know my shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your governorate. Free shipping on orders over EGP 1,500.
How long does delivery take?
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 days
- Alexandria & Delta: 2–3 days
- Other governorates: 3–7 days
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all Egyptian governorates. We also accept Visa, Vodafone Cash, Instapay, and Fawry.

No. Due to the nature of perfumes (sealed personal-care products), all sales are final. Returns are only accepted in cases of proven non-authenticity, within 24 hours of delivery.
