Important: Due to the nature of perfumes (sealed personal-care products), all sales are final. Returns are only accepted under one specific condition described below.

Return Window: 24 Hours

Returns and refunds are only accepted within 24 hours from delivery, and only in the case that the product is proven to be non-authentic.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund only if:

The perfume can be verified as non-authentic (via expert authentication, brand verification, or laboratory testing)
You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
The product is in its original sealed packaging
You provide the original purchase invoice

What Is NOT Eligible for Return

❌ Change of mind
❌ Personal scent preference ("I don't like the smell")
❌ Opened or used perfumes
❌ Wrong product chosen by the customer
❌ Returns requested after 24 hours from delivery

How to Submit an Authenticity Claim

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@perfumiostore.com or WhatsApp 01000000000
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, batch number, and any concerns about authenticity
Our team will verify the product authenticity through our authorized suppliers
If non-authenticity is confirmed, we will arrange a full refund and free return pickup
If the product is confirmed authentic, no refund will be issued and the product will be returned to you

Damaged or Wrong Items on Arrival

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately.

Refund Methods

Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or Vodafone Cash within 5–7 business days
Card payments: Refund to original card (7–14 business days)
Vodafone Cash / Instapay: Refund to wallet within 24 hours

All PERFUMIO products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official suppliers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait. Because perfumes are sealed personal products, we cannot accept opened returns. We stand behind our authenticity guarantee.

مهم: بسبب طبيعة العطور (منتجات عناية شخصية مغلفة)، كل المبيعات نهائية. الإرجاع مقبول فقط في حالة واحدة محددة موضحة تحت.

فترة الإرجاع: 24 ساعة

الإرجاع والاسترداد مقبول فقط خلال 24 ساعة من تسليم الطلب، وفقط في حالة ثبوت إن المنتج غير أصلي.

شروط الاسترداد

تستحق استرداد كامل فقط لو:

تم إثبات إن العطر غير أصلي (عن طريق خبير معتمد، البراند نفسها، أو فحص معملي)
تواصلت معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب
المنتج في عبوته الأصلية المغلفة
وجود فاتورة الشراء الأصلية

حالات غير مؤهلة للإرجاع

❌ تغيير رأي (مغيرت رأيك)
❌ الرائحة معجباكش ("مفيش ريحته حلوة")
❌ عطور اتفتحت أو اترشت
❌ اختيار منتج غلط من العميل
❌ طلبات الإرجاع بعد 24 ساعة من الاستلام

منتجات تالفة أو خطأ عند الاستلام

لو وصللك منتج تالف أو منتج خطأ، تواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة مع صور. حنرتب استبدال مجاني فوراً.

طرق الاسترداد

الدفع عند الاستلام: تحويل بنكي أو فودافون كاش خلال 5–7 أيام عمل
الدفع بالفيزا: استرداد للكرت (7–14 يوم عمل)
فودافون كاش / Instapay: استرداد للمحفظة خلال 24 ساعة
