1. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on PERFUMIO. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. All perfumes are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official suppliers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kuwait.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is verified
We accept: Cash on Delivery, Visa/Mastercard, Vodafone Cash, Instapay, Fawry
Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

4. Shipping

Shipping fees and times depend on delivery location. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & Refunds — All Sales Final

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery and only in cases of proven non-authenticity. We do not accept returns for personal preference, change of mind, or any reason other than non-authenticity. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, images, text, designs) is property of PERFUMIO or its licensors and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

PERFUMIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo.

1. استخدام خدماتنا

لازم تبقى عمرك 18 سنة على الأقل عشان تشتري من PERFUMIO. بوضع الطلب، أنت بتأكد إنك عندك الأهلية القانونية لدخول اتفاقية ملزمة.

2. معلومات المنتجات

بنحرص على دقة الأوصاف والصور والأسعار. الألوان ربما تختلف بسيط حسب إعدادات الشاشة. كل العطور أصلية 100%، مستوردة مباشرة من الموردين الرسميين في السعودية والإمارات والكويت.

3. الطلبات والدفع

بنوافق على الطلب بعد تأكيد الدفع
بنقبل: الدفع عند الاستلام، فيزا/ماستركارد، فودافون كاش، Instapay، فوري
الأسعار بالجنيه المصري وشاملة الضرائب
حقنا رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب حسب تقديرنا

4. الشحن

رسوم وأوقات الشحن بتعتمد على المحافظة. شوف سياسة الشحن للتفاصيل.

5. الإرجاع والاسترداد — كل المبيعات نهائية
