🚚 Shipping Within Egypt
We deliver to all 27 Egyptian governorates.
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
- Alexandria & Delta: 2–3 business days
- Other governorates: 3–5 business days
- Upper Egypt, Sinai, Marsa Matrouh: 5–7 business days

- Free shipping on orders over EGP 1,500
- Fixed rates on smaller orders (depending on governorate)

🚚 الشحن داخل مصر
نوصل لكل محافظات مصر الـ 27.
- القاهرة والجيزة: 1–2 يوم عمل
- الإسكندرية والدلتا: 2–3 أيام عمل
- باقي المحافظات: 3–5 أيام عمل
- الصعيد والسيناء ومرسى مطروح: 5–7 أيام عمل
💰 رسوم الشحن
- شحن مجاني للأوردرات فوق 1500 جنيه مصري
- رسوم ثابتة للأوردرات الأقل (حسب المحافظة)
💳 طرق الدفع المقبولة
- الدفع عند الاستلام

🔄 سياسة الإرجاع — 24 ساعة فقط
كل المبيعات نهائية. الإرجاع مقبول فقط خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام وفقط في حالة ثبوت إن المنتج غير أصلي.
